Debra Natasha Pogorelsky

Founder & CEO

Debra Natasha Pogorelsky is a founder, strategist, and experiential marketing leader with 15+ years of experience helping brands connect with people through culture, community, partnerships, platforms, products, and live experiences.

Born and raised in Argentina, Debra studied architecture and geography at the University of Toronto, a foundation that continues to influence how she thinks about space, culture, human behavior, and the way people gather. Early in her career, she entered the adtech and digital marketing world through one of Meta’s first marketing partners, developing a strong understanding of digital platforms, audience engagement, and the evolving relationship between brands, technology, and people.

A defining chapter of Debra’s career was her decade at PepsiCo, where she held leadership roles across the company’s foods and beverages portfolio, with work that was global and cross-market in nature. Across Latin America and the United States, she worked across digital transformation, brand strategy, consumer engagement, product innovation, go-to-market execution, multicultural sales, and commercial growth. Most recently, she pioneered a Director of Sustainability role focused on Walmart, shaping work at the intersection of retail, agriculture, partnerships, sustainability, and business value.

At Eterna, our team brings these worlds together, blending corporate discipline, creative edge, and cultural fluency to help brands translate business objectives into experiences that build connection, visibility, trust, and momentum.

Outside of work, Debra finds inspiration in nature and adventure. She spends much of her free time hiking, diving, training, and exploring the outdoors with her husband and their three dogs.
