With 15+ years of experience across adtech, brand strategy, sustainability, partnerships, and experiential marketing, Debra has built her career in global and in-house leadership roles, including at PepsiCo, where she led high-impact initiatives at the intersection of business, culture, and innovation.
At Eterna, she brings a sharp strategic lens, strong client instincts, and a talent for turning ambitious ideas into thoughtful, well-executed work. With a background in architecture and urban studies, she approaches every project with a deep interest in building worlds, shaping experiences, and strengthening communities.
Over the course of her career, she has worked with organizations such as Netflix, FIFA, UEFA, F1, NBA, Mastercard, Bacardi, Marriott, Starbucks, Meta, Google, and TikTok.
She finds inspiration in nature, where she spends much of her free time hiking, diving, and inviting others into the experience through her passion project, Wild Ambition.

Ramiro works at the intersection of branding, product strategy and IP development, building brands as systems, not static identities. Systems that connect business, culture, and experience.
With 15+ years in branding and a foundation in global strategy at Interbrand, he’s developed a point of view centered on coherence, aligning what a brand says, does, and builds into one direction.
Through Flagmonster, he works with founders and leadership teams to navigate complexity, define positioning, and structure brands to scale. His work extends beyond identity into experiential platforms, integrating product thinking, content systems and IP design to build ecosystems where storytelling, product, community and business models reinforce each other.
He’s drawn to ambiguity, turning ideas into structure, and brands into systems that hold, evolve and generate long-term value.

She believes in climbing the career jungle gym, not the ladder—leaping from traditional models searching for innovation and a desire for discovery. While there’s no industry nor medium she hasn’t worked in, her favorite has been experiential; a space where true connection can be made.

Jan de la Cruz is a forward-thinking executive in advertising and marketing with over 18 years of experience in integrated marketing, specializing in brand strategy, digital media, and multi-cultural communication.
As EVP and Managing Director of DLC Group and de la Cruz Agency, Jan leads strategic initiatives across the U.S. Hispanic market and Latin America, driving business growth, creative excellence, and media excellence. He was also instrumental in launching TheHUB, a specialized digital media unit delivering data-driven marketing solutions across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and Programmatic.
With a strong foundation in digital acceleration, data analytics, and consumer insights, Jan has partnered with global brands such as Burger King, Norwegian Cruise Line, Anheuser-Busch, PlayStation, Marriott International, Netflix, and Samsung. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he excels at crafting cultural narratives that drive meaningful brand connections, deep audience engagement and business results.
